Casa LunaMar is a unique co-living space designed for professionals, featuring 4 private apartments and one co-living apartment. The communal rooftop provides a welcoming space for all tenants to relax, socialize and co-work with fellow digital nomads and remote workers under the Canarian sun.

This private building just 200m from Playa Chica, Las Canteras beach perfectly blends modern living with old Canarian charm.

The ground floor has a spacious studio and a two-bedroom apartment. Our two one-bedroom apartments are located on the first floor, and the entire second floor is dedicated to a co-living consisting of 5 private bedrooms with double beds (single occupancy), and two shared bathrooms. The communal third floor rooftop is where the co-living’s private kitchen, living room, and co-working are located. The ample outdoor space is shared by everyone in the building and boasts an outdoor shower, sun beds, a dining table, a chill-out area, and a bathroom!

Stayed at Casa LunaMar for several months and I have called it my home since day one! Both the owner as well as the community manager have created an amazing space where you're not only live in a well designed apartment, but are also part of a small community. The apartment has everything you need, including a super comfy bed and proper workstation. Spending most of my days working there, the super chill and spacious roof terrace became my second home. If you're looking for a modern and well located home within the lively city centre and next to the beach - look no further!

My stay at Casa Lunimar in Las Palmas was excellent. The space was spotless, cozy, and ideally situated. Amber was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. It truly felt like a peaceful, charming home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again.

loved my stay here for a month, the apartments are quite new and it is being kept cleaning constantly. Bed is comfy and the rooftop kitchen and hangout area are some of the best in town, as it is usually less windy than most other rooftops, while also sunny until 2 hours before sunset.can highly recommend!

This was a lovely experience in Las Palmas. I stayed at Lunamar for nearly a couple months and very much enjoyed my time here. Buildings are popping up all over the city right now and they have a common theme of new-but-soulless. This place has soul! Which was such a breath of fresh air. Comfortable, charming rooms with details of the past, yet all the modern things needed and all in a building that reminds you of why you came in the first place. The humans making it happen are an absolute pleasure and the location is right in the middle of everything you might want to stroll to in Las Canteras. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to find myself back here in the future.

I had the pleasure having two stays in two different apartments in this beautiful house. Both apartments had spacious rooms filled with natural sunlight, creating a bright atmosphere. What made it even more special were the authentic Canarian details that gave the rooms so much personality. On top of that, the hosts, Amber and Stella were communicative and genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for charm, comfort, and a warm welcome - and it's only a 2-minute walk to the beach!
